Regional Sales Manager
Job Purpose
- To effectively cover a defined area supporting a variety of industrial customers,
- Developing business growth within Existing Customers and opportunities to Targeted Customers.
- Existing nominated customers and developing Nominated Targeted customers
- Deliver budget numbers and key performance indicators
- Manage the consolidated business plan for growth.
- Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline
- Create Budgets, forecasts and financial plan.
- Work with Suppliers to develop and support business opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidated reporting
- Report monthly performance.
- Produce a monthly report that shares relevant information on new target opportunities, Market & Competitor information.
- Budgets
- Lead and work with sales team in the production of their annual Budget
- Work with the sales, tendering and finance teams and any other parts of the business to produce the required information
- Strategic development
- Prepare an annual business plan.
- Work to create specific marketing campaigns, aimed at raising the brand awareness.
Person Specification – Qualifications:
- Business or Engineering Degree/HND or equivalent experience.
- Good standard of secondary education.
- Health & Safety Passport
- Emergency First Aid
- Driving License
