About the role

Vinova are working with a leading renewable energy business delivering solar and battery projects across Australia. You’ll report into senior project leadership and work closely with Project Managers, site teams and HSE personnel to ensure safety and quality are embedded across the full project lifecycle.

This is a hybrid role, split between office and site, giving you the opportunity to influence both strategy and on-the-ground delivery. Projects are primarily across regional NSW, with travel required during key construction and commissioning phases .

Duties

• Drive safety and quality standards across multiple active projects
• Lead site audits, inspections and compliance checks
• Work with PMs and contractors to improve delivery standards
• Build processes that strengthen QA and HSE outcomes

Skills/experience

• Background in safety, quality or HSE within construction or energy
• Experience across solar, BESS or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of site-based delivery environments
• Ability to influence contractors and internal stakeholders
• Australian project experience and full working rights
