Our client is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly organized Human Resources/Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations while ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and payroll processing for a workforce of 150+ employees.

Our client is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly organized Human Resources/Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations while ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and payroll processing for a workforce of 150+ employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all Human Resources functions and daily HR operations.
- Lead and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and timely experience for new employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, employee relations matters, and policy implementation.
- Manage and support employee performance management processes.
- Process and oversee weekly payroll for both salaried and hourly employees, supporting a workforce of at least 150 employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Establish and track success metrics to ensure projects and initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by enhancing HR and project management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues while developing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across the organization to support business objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the HR Generalist, Recruiting Coordinator, and Recruiting Assistant to foster professional growth and team effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing all aspects of Human Resources.
- Extensive payroll management experience, including weekly payroll processing for 150+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience with risk and issue management.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring HR team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP). Preferred.
- Experience implementing process improvements and HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
