Job Title: Packer – Warehouse Operative
Location: Yatton, North Somerset (Bristol BS49 4QN)
Working Hours:
Rotating shift pattern:
Days: 06:30-18:30
Nights: 18:30-06:30

Pay Rate:
Basic pay: £14.62 per hour
After 33/44 hours in a week: £16.24 per hour
Weekends: first 8 hours £18.32 per hour, overtime £24.42 per hour
+ Attendance bonus of £86.66 paid every 4 weeks for 100% attendance

The Role – Warehouse Operative:
As a Packer, you will be an important part of the warehouse team, making sure that products are carefully checked, prepared, and packaged for delivery. The role requires good attention to detail, safe handling of materials, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality.

Your key duties will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Ensuring stock is handled safely and carefully
- Checking quality and reporting damages
- Preparing and packaging products for transport
- Presenting orders to a high standard
- Supporting general warehouse operations

What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
- Reliability and good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
