Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Knottingley, WF11 0AB (near Wakefield)

Pay Rates:
Day shift hours: £13.87 per hour (overtime up to £20.81 per hour)
Weekly pay

Shift Pattern:
Rotation shift pattern. Flexibility is required, as you must to work across morning and afternoon shift

Days: Morning: 06:00 – 14:45 & Afternoon: 15:15 – 00:00

About the Role:
You will be working on behalf of Major Recruitment for our client based in Knottingley. This is a great opportunity to join a well-known high street home and fashion retailer.

You will be handling a variety of products including clothing, homeware, and furniture, preparing them for distribution across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Tagging, labelling, and ticketing clothing
- Processing stock for goods in and goods out
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Moving stock within the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Handling materials safely and efficiently

Please note: this role involves manual handling, including heavy lifting and a lot of walking.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks throughout the shift
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
