The position offers a responsibility for our Training Portfolio supporting our Regional Managers and Distributors with tools and methods to ensure that our Distributors maintain a best-in class warehouse knowledge level. Experience from our business is essential.

Your core responsibilities are to make sure that we have highly competitive Training Tools, Content and Set-up needed to move our positions forward on our markets and by that contribute to success stories among our Distributors.

This includes:

• Work with our Regional Managers, Business Development Manager and Distributors to implement training plans/tools and take actions to ensure that we have a best in class training portfolio.
• Develop and maintain our training material i.e. Products, Applications, Value Added Solutions and Sales Skills.
• Support our Distributors to achieve/maintain a high level of warehouse knowledge in material handling.
• Ability to conduct training if needed
