ESS Helpdesk Executive (JN -052019-7115) Singapore

Salary: SGD2800 - SGD3200 per month

The Opportunity

This is an ESS Helpdesk Executive role with a leader in Logistic Industry

The incumbent will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound queries on company’s suite of applications and products. He/she will be expected to provide recommending tools to appropriate trading profile

  • Basic + AWS + VB + Transport Allowance
  • Experience in Customer Technology and Application Support
  • Monday – Friday (East Area)

The Talent

  • Diploma in a technology-related field or equivalent
  • Min 2 years of experience in a Customer Technology and applications support related role with helpdesk experience.
  • Good knowledge of web-based and ESS, CRM, logistics applications
  • Good knowledge with common office applications
  • Excellent problem solving capability
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and to think “out of the box”.
  • Knowledge in supporting Java, J2EE, XML, Unix, Database platform, Windows Operating Systems for desktop solutions

The Job

  • Address all inbound helpdesk queries on company’s suite of applications to resolve technical issues and issue which requires further analysis by an ESS Helpdesk executive on-site
  • Initiate outbound calls and take inbound calls from customers during promotion of ESS
  • Recommending company’s ESS tools appropriate to their trading profile
  • Ensure identified ESS project benefits are measured and tracked for reporting to regional sharing
  • Involve in Service Enhancements Projects
  • Adhere to ESS policies and procedures in the execution of all ESS-related work
  • Drive country ESS projects in alignment with agreed Regional ESS objectives, targets and deployment timelines
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction with ESS solutions
  • Increase efficiency and reduce cost by using ESS Tools for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with Regional Office and other company overseas offices to collaborate on ESS projects
  • Participate in the development of current and new ESS products and systems, and work closely with relevant company staff from other departments, the Regional Office, and other company overseas offices
  • Develop plans that aim to convert simple low value customer transactions from telephone enquiries to an automated form of access
