Our client will we be serving delicious, freshly prepared coffee, boosting the feelgood factor with a creative twist or surprise.
The role:
A new coffee concept launching in Reading is looking for hands on Barista Team leaders. You will have a genuine passion for coffee and serving the community
Key information:
Open between 8am and 8pm - 7 days a week - you will work on a mixture of different shifts during these opening hours
Two weeks Training will be provided before the launch the new concept
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a small team or Baristas to deliver a great service to customers
- Crafting great coffee - passion and energy poured into every cup
- Serving customers with a smile and creating moments of “Mojo” that matter, ensuring customers walk away happy and pleasantly surprised
- Proactively, anticipate the needs of the customer and be flexible and accommodating in your response
- Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, health & safety with a “clean as you go” attitude
- Be passionate about your local community, be in the know, an active member of the community and a willing collaborator
- Most importantly, having fun at work, supporting your teammates to do the same and committed to sparking team synergy
