Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a leading logistics business, in their recruitment process of a Health and Safety Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day health and safety procedures across their entire operation. You will report to the site General Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with the development, implementation and communication of all relevant SHE policies.
- Meet annual Safety, Health and Environmental objectives which will be assessed via the performance management system.
- Coordinate the Safety, Health and Environmental initiatives at the site.
- Ensure adequate Safety, Health and Environmental guidance is provided.
- Undertake relevant Safety, Health and Environment audit and create action plan.
- Coordinate the Safety, Health and Environmental monitoring programme to ensure legal and organisational compliance.
- Provide Regular communication, reports on performance and issues to all stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- My client is looking for an experienced individual who has a proven track-record of working within Logistics or Manafacturing.
- Extensive Health and Safety Knowledge.
- Self-starting individual.
- NEBOSH.
