Vous intervenez au sein de la nouvelle équipe "Global Brands" dédiée aux activités Dive/Snorkeling/Swim, dont l’objectif vise à créer des marques globales à l’assise plus forte en proposant des produits innovants répondant aux besoins des clients et des utilisateurs.
Vous prenez en charge l’activité dédiée aux produits Spearguns & Accessories et dirigez l’activité de design et développement de la catégorie. Pour chaque nouveau projet de développement ou amélioration, vous initiez le processus d’idéation et supervisez l’ensemble des étapes menant à la validation en vue du lancement en industrialisation : finalisation du cahier des charges avec les équipes Produits, Design, Prototypage Test et Validation. Vous êtes à ce titre le garant du cahier des charges.
Vous effectuez une veille permanente sur votre périmètre des nouvelles technologies et innovations dans l’utilisation de matériaux plastiques, carbones, élastomères, métaux, etc., mais également en termes de nouveaux usages et d’ergonomie. Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes Achats et Manufacturing pour élaborer des solutions techniques efficientes, en tenant en compte des contraintes prédéfinies.
Reporting to the Global R&D Director, you are part of the new "Global Brands" team dedicated to Dive Snorkeling Swim activities, whose objective is to create strong global brands by offering innovative products that meets the needs of customers and users.
As part of your duties, you will be in charge of the activity dedicated to "Spearguns & Accessories" products and will lead the design and development activity of the category. For each new development or improvement project, you initiate the ideation process and supervise all the stages leading to validation in view of the launch in industrialization: Finalizing the specifications with the Products, Design, Prototyping, Testing and Validation teams.
In this capacity, you are also the guarantor of the product certification specifications and development planning. You keep a constant watch on your perimeter of new technologies and innovation in the use of plastic materials, carbons, elastomers, metals, but also in terms of new uses and ergonomics.
You work closely with the Purchasing and Manufacturing teams to develop efficient technical solutions, considering predefined constraints, particularly in terms of costs, quality and deadlines.
