Rattaché au Product Design Manager du périmètre « Mask-Goggles / Fins / Snorkel » au sein des équipes R&D, vous prenez en charge l’activité de design et développement dédiée à une série de produits. Pour chaque nouveau projet de développement ou amélioration, vous initiez le processus d’idéation et pilotez l’ensemble des étapes menant à la validation en vue du lancement en industrialisation : finalisation du cahier des charges avec les équipes Produits, Design, Prototypage, Test, Validation. Vous êtes à ce titre le garant du cahier des charges de certification des produits et du planning de développement.
Vous contribuez au sein de cette équipe « Mask-Google / Fins / Snorkel » à une veille permanente des nouvelles technologies et innovation dans l’utilisation de matériaux plastiques, carbones, élastomères, métaux, etc., mais également en termes de nouveaux usages et d’ergonomie.
Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes Achats et Manufacturing pour élaborer des solutions techniques efficientes, en tenant en compte des contraintes prédéfinies, notamment en termes de coûts, qualité et délais.
Vous effectuez des points de reporting réguliers auprès de votre Manager et êtes amené à participer à diverses réunions de présentation au sein de l’entreprise.
Reporting to the Product Design Manager of the "Mask-Goggles / Fins / Snorkel" perimeter within the R&D teams, you take charge of the design and development activity dedicated to a series of Products. For each new development or improvement project, you initiate the ideation process and manage all the stages leading to validation in view of the launch in industrialization : finalizing the specifications with the Production, Design, Prototyping, Testing and validation teams.
In this capacity, you are also to guarantee the product certification specifications and development planning. You contribute within this team "Mask-Google / Fins / Snorkel" to a permanent monitoring of new technologies and innovation in the use of plastic materials, carbons, elastomers, metals, etc., but also in terms of new uses and ergonomics.
You work closely with the Purchasing and Manufacturing teams to develop efficient technical solutions, considering predefined constraints, particularly in terms of costs, quality and deadlines.
You will report regularly to your Manager and are required to participate in various presentation meetings within the company.
