Vous êtes techniquement responsable de toutes les phases de développement d'un nouveau produit : conception, design, item master, packaging et validation y compris l'industrialisation, c'est-à-dire jusqu'au stade des produits de série. Concepteur en quête d’innovation et expert de la catégorie, vous développez des produits pour compléter ou remplacer la gamme actuelle, tels que des vêtements étanches, combinaisons Néoprène et accessoires (bottillons, gants et cagoules), en identifiant des produits potentiels, en menant des études de marché, en générant les exigences du produit et en déterminant les spécifications, calendrier, prix et plan de développement complet. De plus, vous évaluez les problèmes de faisabilité technique, travaillez sur leur résolution, optimisez la conception et la production et vous vous assurez que l'étiquetage et la documentation marketing correspondent aux spécifications du produit et à la réalisation des certifications CE.
Vous évaluez de nouvelles idées de produits et de changements d'emballage, administrez tous les projets et assurez leur achèvement dans les délais requis.
You are technically responsible for all phases of development of a new product : conception, design, item master, packaging and validation including industrialization, i.e. up to the stage of mass production. You are then the referent of the product through its entire life until its discontinuation. As a designer in search of innovation and a category expert, you develop products to complement or replace our current range such as waterproof clothing, neoprene dry suits, tri-laminated dry suits and accessories(gloves, boots and hoods)by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirement, determining the specifications, timetable, pricing and complete development plan.
In addition, you evaluate technical feasibility issues and work on their resolution, optimize design and production, and ensure that labelling and marketing documentation correspond to product specifications and the fulfilment of CE certifications. You work closely with the designer and suppliers.
Finally, you evaluate new product ideas and packaging changes, administer all projects and ensure their timely completion. You oversee all aspects of the products (pricing, packaging, legal requirements ...) and you establish a schedule with the designer and manufacturing, while monitoring the evolution at each stage (specifications, design...).
