Salary: GBP22000 - GBP25000 per annum + Bonus / Commission
Customer Service Advisor, Product Specialist, Sales Support, CSA : £25k & £10k bonus/commission potential.

My client are an innovative manufacturer trading through their market leading e-Commerce website. The business is experiencing a period of rapid growth.

Having recently moved to newly built offices, the business has a requirement for experienced, highly motivated individuals to be a part of the customer service team ensuring customers receive first class service throughout their order journey.

The Role/ Key Responsibilities

• First line of contact for all incoming customer contact
• Deal with the customers via emails, online chat, over the phone, or face to face
• Respond to sales enquiries and provide product advice
• Create quotations and take ownership for any customer follow ups
• Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
• Offer after sales care inclusive of managing the customer returns
• Provide excellent customer service through listening and engaging with customers

Requirements

• Ability to prioritise workload and organise tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Able to work on your own initiative, within a team environment
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Proven track record building and maintaining customer relationships
• Previous customer service experience
• To have previous Sales experience, however full product training will be provided
