My client are looking for an experienced retailer looking to make a move out of store management and into more of a liaison / customer relations role.

Responsibilities
• Knowledge of working at a strategic level within the Retail environment.
• Excellent presentation skills delivered to both management and operational teams to engage
and motivate individuals.
• Knowledge of data analysis and production of accurate reports encompassing trends.
• Key attention to detail and demonstrate skills of producing/work with exceptional written and oral communication.
• Establish credibility using people management skills, demonstrating exceptional customer
service qualities to achieve results under pressure.
• Analytical skills to influence management levels and developing excellence to internal and
external customers.
• Ability to design and develop retailer research data and analyse enhanced reports.
• Knowledge of developing communications plans with retailers and management teams.
• Knowledge of accounting or book keeping – within a retail environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and workloads.
• Highly developed analysing, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Flexible, problem solving and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to champion and support all business initiatives.
