The Role: AREA TRAINER / BRAND AMBASSADOR

Salary: £22 - £25k & benefits

Our client, a global mobile brand are looking to recruit a new member to their award-winning field tech team. As well as representing our clients brand, you will build on the established knowledge of our partners retail staff.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the tech industry and keen to raise brand awareness of this pioneering company within the UK. Working within nominated retail accounts and online training sessions, you will drive store-level sales through engaging staff training, increasing brand awareness, whilst maximising display compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· To visit a designated list of stores within an agreed time scale whilst working towards individual KPI's during each call.

· To train and engage store staff on features and benefits of the tech brands propositions, ensuring they can actively recommend the brand to consumers in their outlet

· Listen to and understand store requirements and initiatives to increase opportunities to drive sales, knowledge levels, advocacy and retail execution.

· To use supplied equipment on a daily and weekly basis to compile accurate and timely reports.

· Communicate with the Account Manager to ensure they know what is happening within your region, regarding knowledge levels, point-of-sale compliance, sales, footfall, successes or issues.

· Respect the confidentiality of the information used and/or gained in your role. Under no circumstances should this information be revealed to an unauthorized 3rd party.

· Demonstrate flexibility to move retailer or support event based on business needs to ensure your time is allocated in the most effective way to provide value to the brand.

Skills and Experiences:

· Experience working in the tech industry (not essential but preferred).

· Experience or understanding of how to create digital content, either online. blogging/vlogging content through social media (not essential but preferred).

· Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and tools (not essential but preferred).

· Excellent presentation skills in-person and in front of a camera (camera experience not essential but preferred).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
