Telephonist/Switchboard Operator 

Manpower is actively recruiting for a Telephonist/Switchboard Operator based onsite in Government Building located in Longford . 

• Job type: 11- months contract 

• Working Hours -9am-6pm (As and When)

Your responsibilities: 

• Act as first point of contact for the department and have strong customer service skills. 

• Responsible for answering/ understanding and routing calls in a polite tone and manner. 

• Courteous and professional in all dealings with customers both internal and external. 

• Some departments may require receptionist duties. 

• Cover person 

Your skills and experience: 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Previous Telephonist or Receptionist experience  

• Ability to work well within a team and independently in a busy working environment. 

Garda vetting and security clearance will be required.
