As part of our client's continued commitment to improving operational efficiency, they are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Specialist to join their team. This role will play a key part in optimising and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O systems to streamline their manufacturing processes, financial operations, and supply chain management.
Position Overview:
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, customisation, and ongoing support of the Dynamics 365 F&O system. This role will require a deep understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly as they relate to manufacturing and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users across different departments to ensure the system supports business objectives and drives operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation and Configuration:
Lead the configuration and setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on manufacturing, finance, inventory, and supply chain modules. -
System Optimisation & Maintenance:
Monitor and maintain the performance of the Dynamics 365 F&O system, including troubleshooting issues and making recommendations for enhancements. -
User Support & Training:
Provide expert-level support to end-users, helping them navigate and resolve system issues. Lead training sessions to ensure proper use of Dynamics 365 F&O. -
Customisation & Development:
Work with developers or external consultants to customise the system to meet business needs, including modifications to work flows, reports, and integration. -
Business Process Mapping & Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system functionality. -
Project Management Support:
Assist in the management of project time-lines, ensuring the successful deployment of Dynamics 365 F&O modules and new functionality. -
Reporting & Analysis:
Develop and maintain reports using Power BI or other reporting tools to support decision-making in areas such as finance, inventory, procurement, and production. -
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O updates and industry trends, recommending new features or practices that can improve system performance and business processes.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. -
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with a focus on manufacturing, finance, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience with the implementation, configuration, and customisation of Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes within an ERP system.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Experience with data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
