About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our client’s team in the banking sector. In this role, you will leverage data to provide valuable insights, drive business decisions, and optimize financial processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze large datasets, create interactive reports, and support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and support decision-making within the banking sector.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key financial and operational metrics.

Utilize SQL and Google Analytics to perform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, transactions, and risk assessments.

Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in financial data to enhance business performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry regulations.

Provide strategic recommendations to improve banking services and customer experiences.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the banking, fintech, or payments industry.

Expert proficiency in SQL and Google Analytics, with strong data interpretation skills.

Advanced knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.

Experience with Python is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Comfortable working both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative banking environment.
