Business Change Manager – INSIDE IR35/Land & Property - London 

Business Change Manager required for a leading client based in London. You will be coming on board to ensure that the needs of System useres are being met by means of developments, enhancements and changes are rolled out and accepted and that user adpotion is maximised.

This role will fall INSIDE IR35.

Accountabilites:

• Providing help, support and guidance to system users brought about through system and process change
• Establishing a centralised support and issue & user requirements management process
• Ensuring user voices, needs and aspirations are heard and acted upon
• Organising super users and key stakeholders to facilitate change
• Certifying system changes and amendments meet user expectations and needs
• Identifying any systems, data and process change impacts on each other ensuring documentation, models, and training is updated accordingly
• Delivering engagement and campaigns activities to promote system capabilities
• Actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies and procedures on EDI

This role will fall INSIDE IR35.

Key Skills Required:       

• Experience in Land and Property sector and L&P systems
• Ability to motivate others
• Deciphering technical jargon into user friendly language
• Teaching, mentoring and guiding system users
• Issue resolution, remediation and negotiation
• Communication and campaign creation and execution
• Project management with ability to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

This role falls INSIDE IR35.
