Salary:	GBP85000 - GBP100000 per annum + additional benefits

Working on a broad range of ad hoc tax consultancy assignments is a considerable part of the role. This may include reorganisations, R&D tax, share schemes, property hive ups, international tax etc.
Identifying tax planning opportunities and following these through with the Tax Partner and the relevant partners
Overall responsibility for the compliance function for a portfolio of corporate tax clients. This includes:
- Preparation and review of corporation tax returns for a range of complex clients
- Monitoring tax return progress to ensure timely completion and submission to HMRC
- Advising corporate tax clients of tax liabilities due on a timely basis
- Liaising directly with clients to ensure both accurate and prompt completion of tax returns and submissions
- Communicating effectively with client’s both orally and in writing
- Dealing with all client queries promptly and efficiently
- Reporting to the client partner on all matters relevant to the client’s tax affairs
