Production Team Leader

3on3off Days - (6am-6pm)
Role Description
Maintaining the Hygiene & Health and Safety of the department
Effective management of the team to ensure consistent positive results in, cost, productivity, safety, and quality.
Supporting the allocation of staff duties at shift start.
Maintaining shift performance and productivity for both machines.
Monitoring performance on an hourly basis.
Raising any concerns that prevent targets from being achieved on an hourly basis.
Supporting booking of agency staff for next day shift with CSP
The release of agency staff as and when required.
The reporting and escalation of any safety concerns
Establishing excellent relationships with other members management and maintenance
Skills and Qualifications
Good understanding of site health & safety requirements.
Outgoing and strong personal and effective communication skills.
Basic understanding of computer packages such as excel & word.
Team Leading/Management Experience – desired
