Long-term framework opportunity

A leading main contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Site Agent to work on a major framework in Dover.

The successful Site Agent will be responsible for managing site operations across a range of demolition and civil engineering works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.

The Role

• Managing day-to-day site operations and activities
• Supervising subcontractors and site teams
• Overseeing demolition and civils works
• Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with RAMS and health & safety requirements
• Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to the Project Manager/Senior Management
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
• Maintaining high standards of quality and site compliance
• Liaising with the client, engineers, subcontractors and wider project team
• Completing relevant site documentation and reporting

About You

• Proven experience working as a Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor
• Strong background in civil engineering and/or demolition
• Experience working for a main contractor
• Good understanding of health & safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple site activities and subcontractors effectively
• Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS and CSCS are required
