CAMO Engineer - Boeing Fleet - based in Malta
In this challenging position your main duties and key responsibilities are:
Ensure compliance of the continuous airworthiness requirements of EASA/CAMO
Manage scheduled Aircraft & Powerplant systems maintenance tasks
Evaluate technical information and recommendations from aircraft, engine, and component manufacturers
Evaluate legal requirements issued by the regulatory authorities
Provide repetitive and recurrent defect analysis to support the company’s reliability and maintainability programs
Follow and control all work carried out on aircraft, engines, and components as well as review and/or assessment of SBs, ADs, Minor/Major Modifications, Occurrence & Audit reports
Carry out Maintenance Control function with flight support engineers & flight crew as necessary on 24/7 call
Communicate with other Comlux managers as necessary.
To fulfill this position successfully, your qualifications and experience shall include:
Mandatory a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management
Good knowledge of EASA Part-M
Preferably Engineering degree and/or Holder of Part-66 AME or other aviation training
Strong knowledge of B737/B767/B777 & other Boeing type aircraft. Knowledge of A320 aircraft will be considered an asset
Good knowledge of Aircraft Documentation & IT
Fluent in English
Ability to work effectively and productively as part of a multi-disciplined team
Flexible to work outside of normal office hours and willing to travel
Ability to take over responsibility
Stress resistant
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in VIP-Business aviation and CAMO organisation
If not already resident, willing to relocate to Malta
