Salary: GBP90000 - GBP100000 per annum

This Site Engineering Manager role is working on a plant investing millions into expansion and upgrades across the operation. The salary for this role is up to £100,000pa. Additional benefits include a car allowance, annual bonus up to 15%, hybrid working, 10% employer contribution to pension, private health care, life assurance, 28 days holiday plus stats and more.

Responsibilities of the Site Engineering Manager;

  • Ensure that plant downtime is minimised and that all plants are available to satisfy manufacturing plans and customer needs.
  • Ensure that all appropriate policies, procedures and related requirements such as Health and Safety legislation are adhered to at all times by all staff.
  • Ensure all plant and equipment is designed, installed, and maintained in line with standards for a top tier COMAH plant.
  • Formulate, agree and control budget.
  • Maintain and develop appropriate standards, consistent with the requirements of Top Tier COMAH regulations.

To be successful in this position as Site Engineering Manager, an established technical background with experience working within process manufacturing is desired (Chemical, Petrochemical, FMCG, etc) with experience in a Top Tier COMAH environment. The minimum educational requirement for this role is a degree in a relevant discipline (Chem Eng, Process Eng, Mech Eng, etc) or equivalent.
