Position: Quality Leader

Duration: 24 Months

Location: brunei

• Promote the implementation of Company’s safety culture program within the OPP modifications package
• Ensure HSE matters are accounted and understood by all personnel participating to the OPP modifications package, incl. Contractors

Mission:

• Promote quality in the project and provide assistance on any quality matter
• Develop, adapt and implement the project Quality Management System
• Assist project management in the organization, implementation and audit of quality procedures related to the project
• Define, organize and coordinate the Quality Surveillance of contractors and of their main subcontractors
• Organize quality audits and visits in coordination with package leaders and issue updated evaluations of their performance
• Review and adapt Contractor’s QA/QC Inspection and Test plan for overall coherence and adequacy within the project
• Organize and coordinate Quality control activities of yard activities, including the identification of need of resources and expertise from HQ when required
• Organize and coordinate Quality control activities for the activities on OPP and cable laying work
• Review the Quality deliverables issued by Contractor’s and subcontractors
• Interface with the affiliate and HQ on all Quality related topics
• Investigate any identified or reported problem in the application of the QMS and propose solutions / improvement to the project management
• Operate the Non-conformities process within the project
• Perform regular visits on Contractor’s and subcontractor’s premises
• Participate to project management meetings (Weelky/monthly) and all required meetings
• Ensure timely reporting of Quality activities (weekly/monthly) and all times it is required
• Assist Project manager on any Quality related topics in the relation with Partners and authority

Qualifications/Experience required:

• Professional Experience: minimum 15 years in the oil & gas industry incl. an experience in QA/QC during project execution.
• Experience in an international environment is preferred.
• Fluency in English
• Capable of handling the relevant IT tools (Office pack...)
• Qualifications: university or regional college studies within engineering
