Batch 3 CPP Preservation PVV (27/09/2023) Qatar
We are looking for a Batch 3 CPP Preservation PVV for one of our clients with the following details:
Start date: 01-Jan-2024
End Date: 31-Jul-2024
Location: Korea and Qatar
Work Status : Resident Onshore, Single
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering,
- Professional Experience in the offshore oil & gas project (number of years): 10
- Experience within project: (number of years): 5.
- Familiar with Total Energies General Specifications, EDMS (PRODOM/MANASA).
- Construction, Pre-comm, Quality Inspection experience is required for Top side projects.
- Good knowledge on Various Preservation practices, Risk & Hazards associated and mitigation measures.
- A good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Standards and International codes/standards related to Piping and associated component’s
- Good leadership skills and good communication skills.
- Good reporting skills,
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
- Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets and e-mail communications.
- Language: English mandatory.
Activities
- To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities,
- To carry out work in compliance with NOC values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed NOC priorities and objectives, NOC standards and procedures and good industry practices,
- To treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality,
- To closely monitor PVV equipment’s storage (short / long term) and necessary preservations/ de-preservations during Construction & Pre-comm phase.
- To ensure relevant Preservation registers, logs, reports, Identification labeling are executed by CTR/ Sub-CTR
- To organize regular meetings, follow up , site inspections are conducted with respective counterparts from CTR/ Sub-CTR
- To ensure The Preservation related activities are prepared and tracked using ICAPS© Preservation record sheet.
- To ensure Preservation history and records are made available at any time until the equipment is formally transferred
- To ensure Lessons Learned on Preservations issues from Past Projects are taken into consideration for CPP Topside Project.
- To coordinate any HSE concern or issue with HSE team, and to immediately report to CPP Topside Preservation Lead and HSE team in case of any accident/incident happened
- To promote alternative solutions to reduce and to optimise the activities.
- To reports on a day-to-day basis directly to the CPP Preservation Lead.
- To carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.
