We are looking for Full Time Customer Service Representatives who LOVE to help people over the phone. Are you tired of working in call centers where you have to either collect money or sell something? Our Customer Service call center is different. We don’t sell or collect anything—we help patients with account reconciliation or bill questions. How is that for a change? Imagine being able to provide meaningful solutions to customers. Starting pay of 15 per hour (or more DOE)

• 2 Schedules to choose from: 8AM to 4:30 PM or 9 AM to 5:30 PM. We don’t work weekends!

So, what does a Customer Service Representative at Sonora Quest do?
• Spends 95 % of the time answering inbound calls. There are times when you will complete a few outbound calls but we don’t ask you to do this during your production time. We close our phone lines from 12 PM to 12:30 PM and again from 5 PM to 5:30 PM to give you time to complete your outbound calls.
• Professionally interacts with patients. Knows all the ins and outs of the billing process and projects confidence when talking with customers.
• Uses all resources available to resolve a situation. Delighting the customer is the goal!
• Works in a production environment and strives to exceed all metrics in the department.

Who you are:
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a very fast paced environment. You love working on the phone.
• Comfortable sitting and typing during your entire shift.
• Able to navigate multiple screens and use different computer applications at once. Multitasking is your middle name.
• Comfortable with set structure and following procedures.
• A compassionate team player who is aware that your work and demeanor means something to all of our patients. You understand that what you do impacts patient care.
• You have a smile on your face and it shows on your tone of voice over the phone.

Who you are not:
• Someone who is stressed out by calling people on the phone or receiving constant calls. Production call center environment is not your thing.
• Overwhelmed by an EXTREMELY fast-paced environment.
• Uncomfortable typing information on keyboard for long periods of time. Data entry work is not your thing.
• Unfamiliar navigating through different screens on the computer.
• Uncomfortable with set schedules and showing up to work on time.

Must Haves:
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years Customer Service experience
• Motivated, results-driven individual.
• Excellent work ethic and commitment to patient care.

Ideally, you also have (but OK if not):
1 year medical billing experience.
