About the opportunity

In your new Customer Service Team Leader role, you will oversee the workflow for the team, motivate, coach, train and allocate workload. You will be required to make informed decisions surrounding prioritisation of workload amongst the team.

You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure Medical Devices are delivered to meet customer needs. You will join a dedicated team of individuals in ensuring you process order to invoice for key accounts.

Duties

  • Manage workflow, delegating tasks to the team and ensuring productivity is achieved
  • Provide training and coaching to team members
  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Processing customer orders on SAP
  • Liaise with manufacturing and freight for tracking of orders
  • Handling of exchanges and returns
  • Reporting on fulfilment and stock availability for customers and commercial teams

Skills and Experience

  • Senior Customer service experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry essential
  • SAP experience essential
  • Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive ‘’can do’’ attitude
  • Confident, and ability to make informed decisions
