Salary: AUD60000 - AUD62000 per annum + Super + 10% bonus

About the opportunity


Become an integral member of a strong, motivated, and driven customer service team. In your new customer service role, you will work closely with your team to process orders through to invoice for key accounts and provide support to cross functional teams.  Be genuinely committed to patient and customer satisfaction of a market leading range of innovative medical devices & consumables to medical professionals.

Duties

  • Processing customer orders on SAP
  • Liaise with manufacturing and freight for tracking of orders
  • Handling of exchanges and returns
  • Reporting on fulfilment and stock availability for customers and commercial teams

Skills and Experience

  • Customer service experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • SAP experience essential
  • Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive 'can do' - attitude
