About the opportunity
In your new Customer Service Representative role you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and join a team of 11 Customer Service Representatives. You will be required to have excellent communication and attention to detail skills, handling calls and scheduling logistics to meet customer demands. You will be required to liaise with medical professionals, provide delivery information in a high volume and deadline driven environment.
Duties
Your daily duties would include:
- Process orders via ERP system - via email and phone
- Liaise with hospitals and distribution centres across Australia,
- Assisting customers with account enquiries.
- Track and coordinate logistics
Hours
- Week 1: 7am - 3pm
- Week 2: 8am - 4pm
- Week 3: 10am - 6pm
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience dealing direct with customer enquiries
- Logistics experience desirable but not essential
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
