About the opportunity
In your new customer service role, you will work amongst a team of 6 customer service professionals who are dedicated and passionate about making a difference in healthcare. You will handle email and phone enquiries to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
Duties
- Processing customer orders on MYOB
- Respond to phone and email enquiries, providing ETA’s to customers
- Liaise with manufacturing and freight for tracking of orders
- Handling of exchanges and returns
Skills and Experience
- Customer service experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry essential
- Good communication skills
- Experience using MYOB for order processing preferable
- Positive ''can do'' attitude
- Must be immediately available
