Our client, are a global organisation specialising within the Medical Device industry. Operating in over 15 countries, they are continuing to develop technology and innovation to introduce medical devices that make a huge difference in everyday life of patients.

About the opportunity

In your new customer service role, you will work amongst a team of 6 customer service professionals who are dedicated and passionate about making a difference in healthcare. You will handle email and phone enquiries to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.

Duties

  • Processing customer orders on MYOB
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries, providing ETA’s to customers
  • Liaise with manufacturing and freight for tracking of orders
  • Handling of exchanges and returns

 

Skills and Experience

  • Customer service experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience using MYOB for order processing preferable 
  • Positive ''can do'' attitude
  • Must be immediately available
