A global and recognised brand in the medical consumable industry, this organisation boasts a large product portfolio within the hospital environment. Joining a team of 3 customer service representatives, you will be part of a friendly and vibrant team who works collaboratively together. 


Role

Joining a team of 3 Customer Service Representatives, you will provide excellant customer service to healthcare professionals to ensure medical consumables are delivered on time. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is an integral role in the day to day operations of the business with regular contact with external customers. 



Duties

  • Process customer orders using SAP
  • Respond to customer enquiries and liaise with hospitals via phone and email, providing ETA'S, proof of delivery and product enquiries
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers
  • Work cross functionally with teams when required
  • Handle credits and returns

Skills And Experience

  • SAP experience for order processing essential
  • Experience in medical consumables or pharmaceutical products highly desirable 
  • Good communication, proactive and computer literate
  • High attention to detail and thorough approach to work
