About the opportunity


Join a team of two customers service representatives for an initial 6 month contract. Reporting into a supportive Customer Service Manager, you will utilise your high attention to detail and build relationships with healthcare professionals. Flexible working environment, welcoming and friendly culture.

Duties

  • Process incoming orders on SAP
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide ETA’s to healthcare professionals and updates for orders on backorder
  • Other administrative duties if required
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers, pharmacies, hospitals and internal teams

Skills and Experience

  • Experience processing orders in SAP essential
  • Previous experience in Health Care industry desirable
  • Strong communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise
  • Strong business acumen
