About the opportunity
Join a team of two customers service representatives for an initial 6 month contract. Reporting into a supportive Customer Service Manager, you will utilise your high attention to detail and build relationships with healthcare professionals. Flexible working environment, welcoming and friendly culture.
Duties
- Process incoming orders on SAP
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide ETA’s to healthcare professionals and updates for orders on backorder
- Other administrative duties if required
- Maintain and build relationships with customers, pharmacies, hospitals and internal teams
Skills and Experience
- Experience processing orders in SAP essential
- Previous experience in Health Care industry desirable
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- Strong business acumen
