About the opportunity

In your new customer service role, you will report into the Customer Service Manager and be part of a team of 9. You will be required to have high attention to detail, demonstrate empathy and strong communication skills to respond to customer enquiries and liaise with healthcare professionals. You will be part of a friendly and vibrant team with a family feel, passionate about working in the medical device industry.  

Duties

Your daily duties would include:

  • Provide support via phone and email to healthcare professionals
  • Process orders on MYOB
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams when required
  • Handle credits or returns

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a Customer Service Representative or Technical Support role in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical or FMCG industry
  • Accurate data entry
  • Computer literate with experience with ERP systems. MYOB desirable but not essential
  • Empathetic and strong communication skills to build rapport with healthcare professionals
