About the opportunity

In your new customer service role, you will report directly to the customer service manager and part of a team of Customer Service Representatives. You will be required to have great communication skills, a good understanding of SAP and work cross functionally to ensure products are delivered to healthcare professionals in a timely manner. You will need to be comfortable handling a high volume of enquiries both via phone and email.  

 

Duties

Your daily duties would include:

  • Process orders using SAP
  • Assist with high volume ETA enquiries
  • Process invoice requests
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams when required
  • Handle credits and debits
  • Manage phone calls and email enquiries surrounding delivery updates, pricing, and quotes

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a Customer Service Representative position in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate with experience using SAP essential
  • Comfortable with remote working when required
