We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee school grounds, manage key maintenance tasks, and lead our cleaning team to maintain high standards across the site.

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out DIY and non-specialist repairs (such as basic plumbing, carpentry, and decorating) while adhering strictly to Health & Safety guidelines.

  • Team Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise our cleaning team, inspecting and recording work quality across the school.

  • Contractor & Supply Management: Sign in contractors, direct them to repair sites, monitor their work, and keep track of stock levels and caretaking supplies.

  • Grounds & General Care: Oversee heating and hot water plant operations, handle litter collection, manage waste disposal, and clear paths/entrances during severe weather events (snow, flooding).

  • Experience: Practical experience carrying out handyperson/DIY building maintenance tasks and keeping organized work records.

  • Knowledge: Sound understanding of Health & Safety regulations (including COSHH and risk assessments) in a school setting.
