Stafforce are actively seeking a conveyancing assistant to join our client’s dynamic property teams at their busy Morley office on a full-time basis. This role encompasses working with both residential and new build property teams. You will be engaged in a variety of tasks, delivering professional, helpful, and friendly service to our clients.
What to Expect:
· Opening new files and inputting new instructions into the Case Management system, producing relevant letters and documents.
· Updating the Case Management system according to team procedures as cases progress.
· Issuing contracts on sale files and assisting in responding to enquiries.
· Ordering searches.
· Handling exchanges and related paperwork.
· Setting up completions.
· Issuing mortgage reports to clients.
· Managing incoming post as appropriate.
· Handling telephone enquiries where possible.
· Filing, billing, faxing, photocopying, sorting post, and archiving.
· General administrative duties for the office and the firm.
What We Need:
· Experience in conveyancing: Specifically in sales and purchase, with a minimum of 12 months experience.
· Proficient keyboard skills.
· Literate and numerate.
· Ability to work accurately according to team requirements.
· Excellent customer service skills, able to deal with enquiries in a friendly and effective manner.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Capability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
· Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
