A Specification Sales Manager is required for a well-established manufacturer of construction products, specialising in dry lining and ceiling systems. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to help drive our growth
As a Specification Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving business growth by leveraging your expertise to engage with architects, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
Location: Home based, covering the Southern part of the UK.
The position of Specification Sales Manager will include:
- Monitoring upcoming building projects through the Barbour-ABI portal
- Taking charge of your schedule with the flexibility of managing your activities from a home office
- Proactively reaching out to architects, specifiers, and surveyors to showcase our extensive range of products tailored to project needs.
- Navigating sales channels by liaising with main contractors and subcontractors to secure contracts.
- Build strong partnerships with architects and contractors to ensure specifications remain intact throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborating closely with customers to understand their unique requirements and adapting solutions accordingly.
- Read/Interpret architectural drawings and create accurate quotations.
The suitable candidate for Specification Sales Manager will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience with solution sales within the construction industry.
- Able to read/interpret architectural drawings
- Knowledge of dry lining, ceiling systems and/or facades is advantageous but not essential.
