An Internal Sales Executive is required for a busy manufacturer of fabricated parts used in construction and general engineering.
The role of Internal Sales Executive will include, but not limited to:
- Taking incoming sales enquiries and processing the order through the CRM/ERP system.
- Proactively sell to customers, offering options and add on products wherever possible.
- Actively target dormant accounts with a view to reactivating them as customers.
- Conduct sales calls targeting prospective customers within the industry.
The sales department is very friendly and has strong team work ethic. The company is well established, and their products are in high demand.
The suitable candidate for this role of Internal Sales Executive will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Internal sales experience
- Sales of manufactured product is highly advantageous but not essential
- Sales to distributors, merchants are desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with a good telephone manner are essential
- Comfortable with cold calling is essential.
