About the role

Vinova are working with a leading energy infrastructure business who are investing heavily into transmission projects across Victoria. This role sits on the client side, acting as the network owner’s representative across the full lifecycle of major transmission line projects.

You will work closely with delivery partners, internal engineering teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards across safety, quality, and performance. Reporting into senior project leadership, you will play a key role from early scoping and tendering through to delivery and close-out.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contractors across civil works, tower erection and stringing activities
• Ensure HSE and QA standards are met across all project phases
• Provide input on commercial matters including variations and RFIs
• Support tender process and project mobilisation

Background:

• 10+ years experience working on Transmission Lines with a solid technical understanding across construction
• Trade qualified with strong hands on experience
• Experience in site leadership or supervisory roles
• Ability to manage stakeholders across site and corporate teams
• Cert III ESI Transmission
