About the Company

Our client is a growing construction business who are working on large-scale renewable energy projects and infrastructure projects. As they continue to expand their portfolio of major developments, they are seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial function on key projects and drive commercial strategy.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of complex infrastructure or energy projects. This is a hands-on commercial position, suited to someone who understands the intricacies of large-scale EPC contracts and thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial aspects of major projects from pre-contract to final account

• Manage and administer Tier 1 or Tier 2 EPC contracts in line with company procedures

• Oversee cost planning, budget management, forecasting, and reporting

• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements

• Identify commercial risks and opportunities, and implement effective mitigation strategies

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines

• Prepare and present reports to senior management and key stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator on large-scale projects

• In-depth knowledge of EPC contracts (Tier 1 or Tier 2) and commercial project frameworks

• Strong background in infrastructure, energy, or construction sectors

• Excellent negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Commercially astute with strong financial acumen
