A Senior Software Engineer with a passion for Robotics, Machine Learning and technological innovation is required for a leading research and technology manufacturer with facilities in the UK, Europe and US. The company is embarking on groundbreaking advances in robotics, and they seek a skilled Senior Software Engineer to support their endeavours to bring about the latest in robotic dexterity, machine learning capability coupled with image processing.

The role of Senior Software Engineer will include, but not limited to:
- Developing high level code to control, sequence and manipulate the robotics using Python, C/C++
- Designing the software to integrate with the hardware.
- Integrating vision systems and programming the robots to function based on a number of environmental considerations.
- Work on the development of AI, Machine learning capability.
- Collaborate with other engineers across Electronics, Software and Mechanical Engineering.
The suitable candidate for Senior Software Engineer will need to possess the following skills:
- Experienced Software Engineer with Python, C/C++
- Knowledge of Robotics - Highly advantageous
- Image Processing/Computer Vision - Highly desirable
- Experience with Machine Learning
- Degree in Computer Science, Control System Engineering, Image Processing or Mechatronic Engineering.
Experience with Robotic Arm manipulation control, Animatronics, Surgical Robotics or similar is highly suitable.
There are several positions available and we are looking for Senior Level Engineers and more junior Level Engineers. Salary will be dependant on experience however, the salaries are attractive at all levels.
