SDR/BDR Manager. Project Management SaaS. £30-40K+Comms

Location:  London, England
Salary:  GBP30000 - GBP40000 per annum + Commission

The role of SDR/BDR Manager will see you leading a small team of lead generators, who will be creating opportunities for more senior members of the sales team. You will be responsible for tracking their progress, training, mentoring and ensuring the team are working both efficiently and effectively.

Key Requirements:
• 4+ years’ experience generating leads for a complex SaaS product.
• Experience dealing with large Enterprise clients is a bonus.
• New business hunter mentality.
• Proof of performing consistently against performance targets.
