Head of Sales Operations. London FinTech. £110-£130K + Bonus

Location:  London, England
Salary:  GBP110000 - GBP130000 per annum + Bonus

My client provide SaaS solutions that are have been disrupting the Financial Automation space for years, digitising, automating and simplifying Invoices across the globe. They’re going through some changes currently and need someone to come on board, to work alongside the COO and CRO, to re-evaluate and Head of Operations to come in and re-evaluate the sales/company strategy in order to help take this company to the next level.

As the Head of Sales Operations, your core goal will be to devise and implement infrastructure to improve and support the operation of the sales team, including sales reporting, sales analysis, and Salesforce alignment. You will work closely with the CRO in order to ensure the sales process is optimised and producing results. You will also coordinate sales activities including proposal reviews, template maintenance, bids and tender process, proposal submissions and customer contracts.

Key Requirements:
• Sales Operations professional with experience transforming a sales function
• Experience growing a performance/progression-led environment through pipeline management and KPI setting
• Experience managing teams working with F500 companies
• Understanding of the SaaS/FinTech space will be a significant bonus
• Consistent overachievement against target
