Head of Sales. eCommerce SaaS. £60-80K + Uncapped Comms

Salary: GBP60000 - GBP80000 per annum + + 50% + Uncapped Comms
We are currently working with a fast-growing Austrian SaaS company, providing a smart, AI-based and super-fast search bar for online shops alongside other eCommerce solutions. As a market leader in the DACH region, the solution has been implemented into 1000+ online shops, slowly becoming the go-to search provider on the market. They are now looking for someone to lead and push expansion across the UK.
The role itself will see you being the first dedicated sales person in the UK and, with a strong new business focus, you will be provided with 1,500 leads and tasked to hunt for more prospects in order to penetrate the UK eCommerce market. You will recruit and mentor a team of sales people to help with this growth and will have a clear path for progression into Country Manager within a few years.
• 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales (eCommerce solutions preferred)
• New business hunter mentality – driven and self-motivated
• Able to work remotely (co-working space in London available)
• Proof of consistently performing against targets
