Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber finance professional to step into the role of Senior Finance Manager based full-time in Shenzhen office. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will lead our Finance team in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, budgeting, tax compliance, and management reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership: Oversee daily accounting functions, manage budget controls, and steer both financial and management reporting processes under the guidance of the Financial Controller.
- Strategic Analysis: Create robust financial simulations and scenario models to guide executive decision-making and support business growth.
- Business Partnership: Deliver sound financial counsel and execute operational strategies aimed at driving continuous business improvement.
- System Optimization: Standardize, upgrade, and optimize current financial and management reporting systems to better support long-term strategic goals.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to all statutory and regulatory standards, including auditing, corporate tax filings, and accounting frameworks.
- Special Projects: Spearhead ad-hoc initiatives and special projects as requested by the senior executive team.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Certification: Fully qualified accountant with valid membership in HKICPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional body.
- Experience:Â Trained in external audit with a minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, with essential expertise in PRC taxation and accounting regulations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to meet corporate objectives.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both spoken and written).
