Head of Human Resources | Transformation & Change Management (A027301) Hong Kong

Salary: HKD900000 - HKD1200000 per annum + Discretionary Bonus

A rare opportunity for an executive-level Group Head of Human Resources to champion the human resources strategy and workplace administration across Asia. Acting as a vital strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, lead change management, and build a unified company culture. Travel within Asia is required to align and support regional teams.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Advisory & Change Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and C-suite on workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Lead change management initiatives across all regional offices.

2. Talent Ecosystem, Culture & Engagement

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

  • Establish performance frameworks to drive a high-performance, inclusive culture across multiple locations.

  • Drive internal communications, monitor organizational health, and lead employee relations.

3. Total Rewards, Governance & Compliance

  • Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition programs.

  • Ensure strict alignment with market trends and diverse regional labor laws.

  • Standardize HR policies, processes, and data reporting across all international branches.

4. Regional Administration & Facilities Management

  • Lead office operations, facility upkeep, vendor relationships, and workplace safety.

  • Ensure cost-effective and efficient administrative support across all offices.

  • Travel frequently to integrate, align, and foster collaboration among geographically dispersed teams.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant HR and Administration experience in a regional capacity.

  • Leadership: Proven senior leadership background, preferably in a medium-to-large organization with prior experience in change managment and HR transformation.

  • Scope: Strong exposure to multi-country or regional operations (specifically Asia).

  • Influence: Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence C-suite executives.

  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel up to 40-50% within Asia when required (project base).
