Salary: HKD40000 - HKD48000 per month + Discretionary Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & WIP Management
    • Monitor and manage the complete revenue lifecycle—from time-recording and Work in Progress (WIP) through to cash realization.
    • Conduct regular WIP aged-analysis to identify, progress, and execute billing opportunities in a timely manner.
    • Lead billing operations for primary practice groups as well as general office matters, ensuring finalized invoices meet firm and client delivery standards.
    • Collaborate directly with Lead Partners to evaluate unbilled time, address non-recoverable WIP, and process necessary adjustments or write-offs.
  • E-Billing & Operations Support
    • Serve as the functional lead for local and regional e-billing, overseeing invoice submissions across third-party vendor platforms.
    • Support broader cross-border e-billing initiatives, collaborating with international finance hubs to ensure operational consistency and workload alignment.
    • Partner with cash collection teams and legal fee-earners to resolve invoice queries and accelerate cash receipts.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional Experience: Proven background within a legal, professional services, or partnership accounting environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid grounding in revenue control, unbilled time management, and the full legal billing cycle.
  • Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with legal practice management platforms (e.g., 3E, Enterprise, or similar ERPs) and major electronic billing hubs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the credibility to influence partners and senior leadership.
  • Execution: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing operational priorities under tight deadlines.
