Experience with leading/ understanding EHA’s.
This is the main part of work for family support and seniors and managers do not have the capacity , at present, to support with training the workers to be able to carry EHA’s out

- Around sharing of information (when would you and would not share)
- When and how would you multi agency work with other professionals
- Also group or one to one working with families
