Production Operatives – Belvedere

Pay: £12.21 – £14.65 per hour | Rotating Shifts | Ongoing Work

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy and fast-paced production site in Belvedere. This is a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment, ideal for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable with physical work and enjoy being part of a team.

The Role

You will be involved in general production duties to help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing products
• Placing hoods/lids onto boxes
• Labelling finished goods
• General production line duties
• Keeping work areas clean and safe

Shifts

Rotating shifts:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Pay Rates

• Starting from £12.21 per hour
• Increasing up to £14.65 per hour depending on role/skill level

What We’re Looking For

• Good reliability and timekeeping
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
• Good attention to detail
• Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
